Basic Handgun Safety Class Information
The Butler County Sheriff's Office Basic Handgun Safety Course is completed for 2019.  We should start back up in the spring of 2020 and will be accepting applications.  The two-evening trainings are held at the Butler County Training room at 227 East Cunningham Street and at the Butler City Hunting and Fishing Club in East Butler, PA for the firing range familiarization.  
For those of you on the waiting list, please be patient. Our classes have been full and we are trying our best to accomadate everyone who has signed up.

Cranberry LTC
The Sheriff's Office will be renewing and accepting License to Carry (LTC) applications at the Cranberry Township Municipal Building's Public Meeting Room between 9 AM and 2 PM on the following Saturdays:

June 6

August 1

October 3

Unionville/Center Township Firehall LTC


The Sheriff's Office will be at the Unionville VFD located at 102 Mahood Rd, Butler, Pa 16001 to renew and accept License to Carry (LTC) applications between 9 AM and 2 PM on the following Saturdays:
